Last week, the NCD team traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend Total Products Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Formerly known as Tobacco Plus Expo, the event brings over 500 exhibitors together to highlight a full range of retail products such as snacks, candy, apparel, gifts, tobacco and tobacco alternatives. From February 22 through 24, the team explored industry innovations and showcased NCD’s premium cigar program offerings to an upwards of 5,000 attendees per day.
“TPE is a great way to learn about category trends that will better prepare me in the field. I am more equipped to bring in products that consumers are looking for, which then helps our customers succeed,” said John Reynolds, NCD Tri-State Division’s premium cigar and OTP category manager. “Understanding market direction makes us a sharper competitor, and TPE is an invaluable tool in providing those insights.”
With 30% more space than last year’s show, TPE 2023 welcomed new vendors and debuted countless cutting-edge items that build local businesses like convenience retailers.
